Speed Increase

Saw-ADD's HMI allows your production personnel to easily make changes to the feed-speed on the fly, without having to change complex tables.  With         Saw-ADD you simply type in a single number for the desired percentage speed increase, across the board. 

Saw-ADD's HMI also has an average speed increase meter, for the last 30 logs, as a way to gage your saw performance.  When the average goes below a predetermined level or negative you are losing production and an alarm can be set to change a saw.

Customers have reported as much as 15% increase in average sawing speed for all depths of cut.  Depending on log gap that will relate to about 10% increase in production.
